The Gotham Organization and RiseBoro Community Partnership have revealed amenity spaces at Gotham Point, a dual-tower residential development in Hunters Point South, Queens. Amenities include include a rooftop terrace, sundecks, communal lounges, an indoor-outdoor fitness center, co-working space, a children’s playroom, an urban rooftop farm, and boathouse. Located on the Long Island City waterfront, Gotham Point is a mixed-use development with over 1,100 apartments, 75 percent of which are priced below the market rate, and 50,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. The rent-stabilized residences on Hunter's Point South Park offer an urban oasis with East River views and exceptional access to Manhattan. Gotham is planning a 47-story tower at 550 Tenth Avenue, which sits between West 40th and West 41st streets.

As Director of Facilities, Mike is responsible for the facilities management of Gotham’s existing portfolio including five luxury residential buildings totaling over 2,600 units, two food halls and over 50 commercial and mixed use assets located throughout New York and Brooklyn. Mike manages all CapEx renovations and construction projects and leads a team of over 20 professionals for over 2.5 million square feet of residential and commercial assets. Prior to joining Gotham, Wade served as the Assistant Vice President of GID Development Group, one of the nation’s largest private real estate companies.
